Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
Location: Footscray Park Campus
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at the Footscray Park campus. This role will provide essential administrative assistance for business-as-usual functions, supporting the Chief Digital Officer, Executive Director, and Directors. The position will involve a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide diary management support for the Chief Digital Officer and Directors. Deliver a range of administrative services, including word processing, data entry, drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing action items. Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up tasks. Handle financial administration tasks such as ordering supplies and equipment, processing catering and travel arrangements, and managing expenses. Skills and Experience: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience in diary management and providing administrative support. Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and drafting professional correspondence. Attention to detail and ability to handle financial administration tasks.
