We are looking for an Invoicing & Administrative Clerk to join our friendly team in Rockhampton.
The role In this position, your duties will include:
Attending our reception and assisting walk-in customers.Taking telephone sales calls from customers and processing orders placed on our computer system.Reconciling daily cash, credit card, and direct deposits to sales invoices.Preparing daily banking and processing banking entries on our computer system.Filing and other general office duties.Other general shop & office duties.Key Criteria You will have a friendly demeanor, with a can-do attitude, and either have experience in a similar role or be keen to learn to work in an office environment.
