09th December, 2024We are seeking a permanent part-time Administration/Rostering Officer to work with us at Tenterfield Care Centre.

Are you a dynamic and organised professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced aged care environment? We are seeking an HR Administration Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our workforce.

This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, as you will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with care standards, and providing administrative support to our dedicated team—all while maintaining a high level of efficiency and compassion. What you will do: Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for staffMonitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leaveSupporting the team with daily timesheet approvalsManaging employee records and liaising with HR managementGeneral Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing.General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility.Supporting and assisting our HR department and recruitment functionsAssisting with the onboarding of new employees What you will bring: Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR and have at least 2 years in a similar position.Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture.NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain) Interested?
