Currently seeking for an Admin / Receptionist to join their busy team for a casual temporary assignment until 31st December 2025.
About the Role As an Admin / Receptionist, you will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities.
In addition, your key duties are as follows: Provide counter/reception support for the local office including customer enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
Resolve customer enquiries, provide information and/or refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
Undertake research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
About You To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience as an Administration Officer, Receptionist, Customer Service or similar role Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office products First Nations cultural knowledge and awareness is a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders Ability to handle tasks with competing deadlines and priorities.
