Admin/Reception
We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Receptionist/Admin to join our amazing team at NutriBlooms.

Part-Time Role: 3 days per week
Monday and Friday afternoon are essentialBlackburn ClinicKey Requirements: Confidence with IT Systems and Willingness to LearnProficient in using computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems).Quick to adapt and learn new technologies or practice management systems.Excellent Communication Skills and Client CareExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to engage with clients in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.Confident in answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing client enquiries.Friendly and Warm PersonalityA welcoming and approachable demeanor to create a positive client experience.Ability to maintain a calm and cheerful attitude, even in busy situations.Very Well-OrganisedStrong organisational skills to manage bookings, client records, and administrative tasks effectively.Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proactive in identifying and solving problems to keep operations running smoothly.Additional Desired AttributesPrevious experience in reception or administration (healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential).A team player with a collaborative attitude.Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work standards.This part-time role is 3 days per week, including Mondays and Fridays (essential).
