The Role
This position will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:
Generating weekly and fortnightly invoices to different clients, Looking after a small-medium sized ledger, Running fortnightly staff payroll under manager's supervision (up to 100+ employees in busy periods), Helping in data entry in Rostering and Xero software, Resolving discrepancies by liaising with customers and internal staff, Medium volume of daily debt collection calls and emails. Your Skills & Experience
Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field. Experience in Payroll and A/R role. Ability to run Xero Software. Intermediate MS Excel knowledge. Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners. Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Your Profile
To be successful in the position, you will be an energetic Accounts Receivable / Payroll Coordinator with proven experience in a similar position. It is important that you enjoy the challenge of Accounts Receivable within a diverse and complex industry. A high level of organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency will all be invaluable skills.

Pay: From $28.50 per hour
