With over 550 professionals working across Australia, Veris combines innovative technologies with some of Australia's best spatial experience to deliver an integrated approach to the full project life cycle, from initial planning and feasibility through to construction and beyond.The OpportunityThis role is to exclusively assist the Pilbara team and would cover items as below;Manage incoming work requestsComplete preliminary assessment of the works for Go/NoGo with technical evaluation of the Scope of WorksPrepare draft fee proposal using existing templatesFinalise fee proposals after consultation with managers and send to clientAssist with maintaining staff induction registers and getting staff site readyProject Mobilisations using RTIO / BHP systems including manning lists and flight requestsPrepare preliminary PEP and Kick off meeting agendaAssist with scheduling and planning of worksInvolvement in RTIO, BHP and FMG systemsEquipment logistics and project assistance.Limited work in GreenTree including Quote generation & maintenance, Job Estimate updates and Invoice PreparationAssist with lower level proposalsDaily contact with our clients to assist with planning and scheduling staff to clarify works and manning requirements.About YouYou will require experience in the below to set yourself up for success within this opportunity.Acute attention to detail for all documentation will be essential.Ability to process and maintain multiple tasks at a similar time.Have clear and effective communication skills both verbally and written, with a personable nature.Advanced Excel skills including data cleansing, advanced data filtering, complex formula generation, conditional formatting, pivot tables and charting.Intermediate MS Word skills using templates, advanced formatting, numbered lists, dynamic content.Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook skills managing inboxes by creating rules, folders and filters, developing priority to-do lists and scheduling calendars.Having experience with scheduling and some management skills would be beneficial.Must have a willingness to learn new tasks and then develop and explore more efficient ways to complete the tasks that have been set.Our CultureHere at Veris, we value providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect regardless of their cultural background, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, spirituality or religion and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, communities and industries.We respect and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and future.
