About us :
Located within the Raymond Terrace Community Health Centre is the Oral Health Services. This Dental Clinic operates 5 days per week from 8:00am to 4:30pm, providing high-quality dental care for adults, and children in a range of of general dental and speciality. This busy dental clinic operates with up to 6 chairs at any given time and is responsible for servicing Raymond Terrace and the surrounding regions.
About the role : The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, along with a friendly, adaptable attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including broader staff within the building. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing clinic appointment schedules, and coordinating between patients and clinicians. Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional travel to other clinics for support as needed.
How we will support you : The role is supported by the Clinic Coordinator, who will provide daily guidance and direction to the successful applicant. You will receive a comprehensive orientation to the service, along with two weeks of initial training to ensure you are fully prepared for your responsibilities. Additionally, ongoing training and development opportunities will be offered to support your continuous growth and skill enhancement in the role.
