About the role You'll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Administration Officer/RSS, you are responsible for the delivery of administrative functions for aged care services, including: Providing tours and vital information about the home to reach desired occupancy. Ensuring accounts payable are received in a timely manner. Monitoring and following up on outstanding accommodation payments and fees. Maintaining and presenting accurate and professional information. The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications or higher education. Proven experience in a Sales and/or Customer Service position, particularly in aged care, with a strong background in Aged Care Client Liaison and Additional Services. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation. Proven experience and high-level capability in the use of health care-related technology solutions. Demonstrated experience in explaining and holding crucial conversations with customers regarding financial requirements related to aged care. Driver Licence (Australian). Strong communication and engagement skills. Excellent customer service. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and recognise milestone tasks.
