About the role selectability is seeking an experienced Administration Officer all-rounder to be part of our Child Safety team.
As an Administration Officer, you will assist to provide high quality service to our Team.
As our Administration Officer you will be required to complete a broad range of administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: administrative support to the General Manager of Child Safety and Youth Justice organising travel, accommodation, car and meeting room bookings preparing data reports taking meeting minutes for Child Safety meetings general all round office duties, including data entry, uploading and printing documents About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
To be successful you must: ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of employees exceptional time management skills and attention to detail ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take instruction and most importantly a positive attitude!
