Next step in your admin career Hands on role Eagle Farm location Our client, located in Eagle Farm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Admin/Office Manager. They specialise in used cars and focus on both retail and wholesale markets. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all office-related tasks in an automotive environment. Process deals, handle invoicing, and ensure efficient workflow. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Experience with Pentana as a is a significant advantage. Collaborate closely with the CFO to understand and manage various responsibilities. Reconciling, scheduling, banking, deal processing, payments in bank, debtors/creditors, end of month reporting Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry. Exposure to deal processing and invoicing. Proven proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and Outlook. Familiarity with Pentana or other DMS systems is a plus. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to take a hands-on approach and lead by example. Training and Development: Comprehensive training provided.
