The Position: Answering and directing all incoming calls to the necessary department/person or providing useful information in response to any queries.Processing all incoming and outgoing mail by maintaining a log and ensuring the property is kept safe until collected and signed for by the recipient.Managing and monitoring all outgoing mail to all urban, remote, and offshore sites utilizing tracking systems and assisting in confirming the whereabouts of mail.Coordinating bookings for flights, accommodation, meeting rooms, and catering at request.Assisting the office manager and office admin team with the coordination of office events.Handling the process of cab charge distributions and inventory.Managing the ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies for the office.Coordinating the weekly car park roster.Ensuring the officer foyer area is presentable at all times.Regularly reviewing and maintaining/updating our office reception and administration process and procedures files.Assisting visitors/couriers if and when required.Tracking and reviewing all contact information for office staff and sites.Assisting with General Manager's calendar movements and expenses at request.Providing additional support and assistance to office management and admin team as requested.The Person: Experienced in all Reception duties.Great communication skills.Works collaboratively.Takes ownership & responsibility.Uses initiative.The Benefits: Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
