We are sourcing for a administrator who is looking for VARIETY in their day to day work This opportunity will be a dual role, which includes both office based duties and in the field assisting the housekeepers where necessary, with occasional overnight stays on the island - what more could you want?
Successful candidates will have: Proven housekeeping experience Proven administration experience Flexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and holidays Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Great punctuality, time management and organisation skills Professional, can-do attitude Full rights to work within Australia C-Class Driver's License & reliable transport to get to and from the Ferry Departure Duties about the role: Admin Answering phone calls Directing trades and housekeeping staff Needs to be operationally reactive Communication between supervisors, trades people, housekeepers and other workers on the island Filing away documents Sending emails & managing a joint in-box Duties about the role: Housekeeping Split into teams of 4 and allocated blocks of units to clean Clean all aspects of the unit; including showers, bathrooms, bedroom, living rooms, front BBQ areas and kitchens Following a fast paced environment - always on the feet Ability to work in hot conditions Lifting objects up to 10kgs Great communication within your team and leadership skills If you believe you meet the above requirements and wish to become a part of the Programmed team, please hit "Apply Now " for your application to be considered.
