Position: Administration
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (hours may vary)
We provide domestic electrical services, as well as heating and cooling maintenance throughout Melbourne. As a fast-paced electrical company, we are committed to delivering professional and reliable service to our clients.
About the Role: We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and confident administration professional who is eager to learn and grow within all facets of our business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering and screening phone callsManaging and responding to emailsReconciling accounts (XERO)Controlling stock levelsPurchasing and docket reconciliationsIssuing certificates of electrical safetyCoordinating timelines with building supervisorsMarking up electrical plansProviding exceptional customer service and general administrative supportData entry (SERVICEM8)Asana data entryYou must be dependable and ready to perform at your best in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
