Admin/Customer Service Role For Online Store Home Automation Gate/Garage

About the business We are a family run online based business retailing various electronics and other items online. We predominately specialise in the home automation/garage/gate automation sector.
About the role This is a customer facing role and requires a genuine and attentive drive. This role will require to respond to customer emails and answering calls. All sales calls will essentially be guiding people to find the right product for them or simply processing the order over the phone. The position is at the front desk and we have two staff members at desk full time. We are seeking a polite and eager to help individual that will provide an exceptional customer service experience. Our shop hours are Mon-Fri 7am - 3pm. This role 5 days a week which can either be as a casual or full-time employment.

Skills and experience Previous roles in customer service is essential. Experience in responding to a high volume of customer queries on a daily basis will be key. We are looking for someone who is kind, happy and genuinely likes assisting people with their queries.
