As part of this renowned organisation, you'll play a vital role in coordinating daily fleet operations and engaging directly with clients to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and allocate daily jobs to both company drivers and subcontractors.Schedule and manage deliveries and pick-ups efficiently.Handle inbound customer calls, delivering high-level service and support.Maintain accurate records for jobs, orders, and payments.Process daily bank receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and chase outstanding payments.Manage timesheets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.Assist with the removal of fuel levies, unpaid booking reports, and zero-dollar reports.Enter outsourced invoices and maintain driver fatigue reports.Provide support to all branches by ordering necessary supplies and responding to queries (email, phone, or in person).What You'll Bring: Proficiency in computer systems and software.Strong knowledge of Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding telephone manner and proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.If you're ready to take on a pivotal role in a leading organisation, we want to hear from you!
