Job Description Your new employer
Your new employer is a building company that assesses and repairs damage to homes and structures. They are specialists in commercial building projects, building reinstatement, construction, restoration, and cleaning solutions.
Your new role
The Admin coordinator reports to the Team Leader and the role is to support the customer service and delivery teams with general administration. Details of the role are below:
- Location: North Strathfield
- Opposite Train Station
- On-Street Parking
- 9 am to 5 pm
- 5 days a week in office
- $65,000 base + superannuation
- Immediate start
What will you be doing?
- Process new job
- Complete job notes/updates
- Scheduling of site inspections for estimators
- Create Purchase orders
What we need from you
- We need you to be able to start now!
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Must have clear communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
