1300Smiles Gladstone Central is currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator or receptionist to join the team as an Admin Coordinator.
As an Admin Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within a clinical setting.
This role involves managing office functions, supporting clinical staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
The Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Therefore, we require an experienced admin/receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice.
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns.
Oversee patient billing and insurance processing, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and handle patient complaints or issues.
Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

Previous administration and/or receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the dental or medical industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer software applications.
Experience with file keeping and data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
