1300Smiles Gladstone Central is currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator or receptionist to join the team as an Admin Coordinator.
As an Admin Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within a clinical setting. This role involves managing office functions, supporting clinical staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore, we require an experienced admin/receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.
