Experience or No Experience: We have two positions available for Client Service Officers and general Admin staff. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer full training.

Where are you based? You'll be working out of our Mermaid Beach office, where you can enjoy lunch at the beach or grab a free snack from the kitchen and relax in our breakout room with darts or pool.
What will my days look like? We train our team in various areas to ensure a dynamic work experience. As part of the Client Relations Team, you'll work closely with our Financial Advisers. Depending on your strengths, your role may include:
Preparing client documentationCommunicating with clients, Super Funds, and Insurance CompaniesProviding general admin support across the businessData entryTo excel in this role, you should be confident on the phone with clients, possess empathy, and be able to build and sustain client relationships in just one call. Your role will evolve as you learn more, and so will your career opportunities.
