Anne's Pantry Franchising is seeking a happy, enthusiastic and well-presented Reception/Office Administration/All Rounder. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as an ability to support multiple areas of the business. Duties will include assisting in-bound calls, monitoring main email inbox, as well as supporting our Franchisees and Manufacturing.
Job Description What You'll Do:
Be the Face of the Office: As the first point of contact, you'll greet clients, answer calls, and handle correspondence with warmth and professionalism. Keep Things Organised: You'll manage office administration tasks including filing, scanning, and saving documents, ensuring everything is in its right place. Shadow and assist our Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager. Assistance with accounts payable, inclusive of payroll. Assistance with recruitment and onboarding process. Assistance with Manufacturing online order process. Maintain the Office: From managing meeting rooms to organising guests, you'll ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Qualifications To be successful in this position you will need:
Warm phone manner with bubbly, bright, and energetic personality. Professional communication both written and verbal (in English). Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Ability to work within a team. Vietnamese Speaker is a plus point. Additional Information Training & Development: On-the-job training to help you grow and succeed in your role.
