About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Airspect Air Conditioning & Mechanical team as a full-time Admin Assistant/Scheduler.
You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and scheduling support.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, site visits, and meetings for our team of technicians
Liaising with customers, suppliers to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Simpro experience preffered
