This position requires a candidate with a proven track record in payroll processing, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Responsibilities:Payroll Administration:Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Verify and reconcile timesheets, deductions, and benefits to ensure accurate payroll calculations.Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.Data Entry and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate employee records and databases.Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits, and other administrative functions.Communication:Effectively communicate with employees and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee information and compliance.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on payroll processing.Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with payroll software.High attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
