Role
The Administration Officer operates under the supervision of the Business Manager and will be responsible for the delivery of various administration functions, in support of the teaching and learning of the college.
Responsibilities
The position includes but is not limited to the duties listed below:
Perform reception, telephone, clerical, and keyboard duties
Admin associated with student events and activities
Provide administrative assistance to the Directors of Sub-Schools
Assist with the content of the MGSC Learning Management Systems
Provide back-up to student First Aid
Perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Administration as commensurate with the position.
