This opening is for an Administration Assistant / Customer Service Officer to join our Team in Toowoomba.We are offering Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday on a Fixed Term basis until the End of March, 2025.Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required.Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.Utilise multiple freight systems in order to track deliveries and resolve customer queries – Strong data entry skills are highly desirable for this role.Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.Be able to read customer situations accurately and anticipate their needs.Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment.Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner.What you'll bring: A high attention to detail.Strong data entry skills.A sense of empathy and a passion for customer service.The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.A strong attention to safety.Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).About Team Global Express: Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
