Responsibilities Manage and respond to emails and messages across various platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication Schedule patient appointments and liaise with clients via phone and messaging apps Perform crucial data entry tasks, including updating dashboard statistics to keep the clinic running smoothly Create and post captivating social media content, including reels, carousels, and images Edit videos and sync them with trending audio to create engaging social media posts Utilize project management tools like Trello to track and complete tasks efficiently Assist with general administrative duties to support the clinic's day-to-day operations Requirements Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, Trello, and LinkedIn Strong familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram Basic video editing and image creation skills using tools like Canva and Lightroom Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently Availability during Australian business hours Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills as the role evolves #J-18808-Ljbffr
