What you'll do: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing reports, scheduling meetings, preparing documents for business trips, processing mail and packages, carrying out various administrative duties, greeting visitors, researching travel arrangements for staff members, and continuously finding ways to improve administrative processes.
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.Assisting with distribution of clients reports.Managing periodic reporting on behalf of financial advisors.Scheduling meetings and appointments.Preparing documents for meetings and business trips.Processing and directing all mail and incoming packages or deliveries.Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and more.Greeting and directing visitors and new staff.Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members.Finding ways to improve administrative processes.What you bring:
