Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Coolum Beach Office
Hours: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (Daylight Savings Time)
7.30am - 3.30pm outside daylight savings time.
Reports to: Managing Director
About Us:
We are a well-established pest control company with a dedicated team based throughout NSW and QLD. We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Coolum Beach office. This role is vital in supporting our management and operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team.
Role Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Managing Director, providing comprehensive administrative support to help our pest control team succeed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have excellent attention to detail, and bring strong organizational and communication skills to the role.
Knowledge of Sydney suburbs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Sydney management team.
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and communication on behalf of management
• Assist with daily office tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communications
• Manage and maintain office supplies and resources
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and projects
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Sydney suburbs and locations is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
