Role Name: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Part-time: 20 hours a week. Monday to Friday 9 AM to 1 PM Client Overview Join a thriving, established painting and maintenance company in Perth, Western Australia. As the company expands, they're seeking a dedicated professional to streamline operations and support their continued growth.
Job Description As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the linchpin of this dynamic painting and maintenance company, playing a crucial role in optimizing day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with the owner, managing a diverse range of tasks that keep projects running smoothly and ensure client satisfaction. From coordinating with real estate agents to scheduling jobs and handling invoices, your organizational skills will be key to the company's success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business while developing your skills in project management and client relations.
Responsibilities Manage and organize invoices for completed projects Schedule and coordinate painting and maintenance jobs Convert incoming inquiries into booked appointments efficiently Communicate professionally with real estate agents and clients via email Maintain detailed records of job specifics, including quotes and deadlines Assist in coordinating maintenance tasks and renovation projects Track and follow up on all incoming requests Support the owner in daily business operations and management tasks Collaborate with on-ground staff to ensure smooth project execution Requirements Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Strong written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence Proficiency in productivity software and eagerness to learn new systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Meticulous attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills Basic understanding of business operations, ideally in service-based industries Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling business and client information Comfortable working remotely from home in the Philippines Availability to work 20 hours per week, aligned with Australian Western Standard Time Male candidates preferred (as per client request) Willingness to commit to a long-term working relationship #J-18808-Ljbffr
