WorkPac is seeking an Administrator to join our client for a 6 month duration based in Yatala, QLD.
Key Responsibilities Include: First point of contact for all incoming calls and guestsEnsure incoming and outgoing mails and e-mails are attended to, sorted and distributed in a timely manner, including daily airbags locally and interstate.Operate and maintain office equipment and landline telephones.Purchase and control of stationery and office supplies.Maintain and archive records.Ensure correct assignment of account entriesProcess and submit to A/P Department for paymentCreate Purchase Orders/Goods receiptsRaise POs as neededReconcile and receive goods in correct storage locationProcess daily Delivery and Goods Returned docketsManage daily stock requests and transfers thru the mobile sales force automation toolSubmit weekly timesheet to HRAccept and process customer paymentsReconcile customer accountsProcess payments for bankingRetrieve information from SAP as requiredPrepare reports as needed by the State ManagerSkills and Experience Required: Cert III in Administration (Preferred)Full Australian Drivers LicenseApply Now Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact:
