About the role

Renko Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in our Winnellie NT office. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, PayrollHandling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentsAdministrative support for Management and StaffOrdering office supplies and maintaining inventoryPerforming other administrative duties as assignedWhat we're looking for Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work well independently and as part of a teamHave a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the CompanyAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyWhat we offer Full-time, permanent position for the right candidateOpportunities for career development and advancementSupportive and rewarding work environmentJob security & company social  eventsAbove award wagesWho is Renko Group?  Renko Group is a small business incubator specializing in supply chain and construction industry startups.
