Shelter Brewing Co. is a brewery and venue based on the Busselton Foreshore, a stone's throw from the famous Busselton Jetty. We opened our doors in November 2020 and have grown into one of WA's busiest venues and fastest growing craft breweries.We are all about the fun, good times and good vibes that come along with that long weekend holiday, road trip down the coast or family camping trip. Shelter is the beer you drink while working the BBQ, sunning on a pool floatie, catching a glorious sunset or getting over the embarrassment of missing the boat ramp a dozen times in front of the locals.The jobWe've got big ambitions and a growing team here at Shelter. We need someone who can come on board and help out with finance and admin duties.You'll work directly under our Head of Finance, but will work with people from across the business including the venue, kitchen, brewing, sales and marketing teams.Your job will include, but not be limited to:Assisting with account reconciliation and month-end processAssisting with BAS and IAS preparationGeneral accounts and administrative duties as requested by managementWeekly reportingAbout youWe're looking for someone who's keen on all the things we deal in: beer, food, festivals, events, tourism and the South West lifestyle.You should have an eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines and work with diverse teams and people.Ideally, you have at least three years of experience in a similar role, and hospitality and brewing industry experience would be handy, but it's not essential.You must be proficient with Xero and Microsoft Office.Why work at Shelter?Excellent staff culture and great teamThis is a great opportunity to join a business you can grow with, and we'll support your personal and professional development along the wayLocation, location, location.
