Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as an Admin Assistant with a focus on Business Development Research for a thriving creative agency. You'll dive into the world of client acquisition, manage essential business operations, and contribute to the agency's success through your multifaceted skills. Responsibilities
Conduct targeted research to identify and compile comprehensive lists of potential clients
Manage and update the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
Perform essential bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including receipt matching and invoice management
Support general administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
Assist in creating engaging social media content using Canva (if experienced)
Collaborate with the founder to streamline business processes and support growth initiatives
Requirements
Exceptional research skills with the ability to identify and compile valuable business leads
Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
Enthusiasm for working in a creative industry and contributing to a growing business
