We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team, supporting advisors in delivering exceptional client service and administration.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage financial documentation and investment proposals efficiently.
Provide excellent client service by responding to requests promptly.
Organise and prioritize client communications.
Facilitate settlements and fund transfers, providing clients with the necessary information.
Manage client relationships, ensuring professional communication via phone and email.
Oversee new client account processes.
Support the advisory team with administrative tasks.
Keep updated on relevant legislation and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in client support or administrative roles.
Strong communication skills, with confidence in email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Self-motivated and solution-oriented, able to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
