This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly customer focused individual to gain experience within an office environment and kick start an office career.
This role will start based in administration performing data entry type duties, however there will be an opportunity to progress into higher level roles within the business after around the 6-12 months mark.
Full training will be provided and will give you the opportunity to gain experience in a busy office environment.
All you need is the right attitude, energy and good customer service experience which can be from industries such as retail, hospitality, or other forms of experience where you have transferable skills.
You must have a good general knowledge of MSOffice including Excel.

Duties include but are not limited to: Perform data review and data entry duties for a key client General document preparation (use of templates) Write clear and professional emails Take some inbound calls (around 10 per day) assisting customers Ad hoc administrative tasks The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: You have strong attention to detail and able to pick up internal systems Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email You have energy, drive and are love to help customers Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or similar background wanting to take the leap into an office!
