Admin Assistant/Client Account Executive A permanent opportunity based in the Grangetown area of Cardiff for a Client Account Executive/Administration Assistant to work for a fast-paced exciting company to develop and progress within the business.
There is growth within the company, so career progression is available.
If you have good Excel skills, can multitask, and possess superb customer service and administration skills, this role could be perfect for you.

Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who can multitask, loves talking to clients, and possesses excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PDFs.

Role & Responsibilities:
Read and understand client's requirements and supply accurate quotations for the client's campaigns.
Raise production paperwork and liaise with studio, production, and dispatch to ensure your job processes through to the factory on time.
Liaise with the client to keep them informed throughout the process.
Supply PODs to the client to confirm their campaign has been delivered.
This is a busy hands-on role working with a great team of people, challenging but exciting and fast-moving.
