Salary packaging options up to $18,450 per annum tax free (conditions apply) Remote allowance of $3,300 per annum Annual airfare allowance 6 weeks annual leave 3 weeks personal leave About the role This full-time Admin Assistant - Civil Law role at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency in Alice Springs, NT is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support to the Civil Law team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the delivery of legal services to the local community.
What you'll be doing Providing strong administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as court filings and client communications Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping Handling inquiries from clients and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service Supporting the coordination of events, meetings, and other team activities Contributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and procedures What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a legal or community services environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, showing cultural awareness with clients and colleagues Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A commitment to providing high-quality service and a genuine interest in supporting the local community Requirements A current NT Driver's License Ability to obtain a "Working with Children Clearance" (Ochre Card) upon commencement. Satisfactory criminal history check Ability to undertake overnight remote travel, and to work in all NAAJA offices.
