About the roleAs part of the Tony White Group, and located within the friendly Ferntree Gully community, Ferntree Gully Automotive is a multi-franchise Dealership with all brands located at the one location.
As our new Administration Assistant, you will be fully trained in assisting in all administrative duties and helping to process the dealerships vehicle registrations and transfers.
The successful candidate will provide support to our awesome administration team.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Data Entry & filingBasic Accounting tasksFloorplan PayoutsGeneral administration dutiesDaily bankingAssisting in Accounts Payable / ReceivableOrdering stationery and distributing suppliesE-tag account maintenanceProcessing invoicesVehicle Stock Control back-upProcessing New & Used vehicle dealsReception reliefUtilising company software proficiently and accuratelyOngoing training The person we seek We'd love to talk to applicants eager to start their career in Automotive Administration; an enthusiastic person who wants to make a positive contribution to our business.
Previous experience in a retail automotive dealership could be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate.
