Role An education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other - Processing and monitoring of family charges and following up on outstanding payments, including payment plans - Processing of family payments, including Compass, credit card, cash and BPay - Liaising with the Business Manager in relation to discrepancies, outstanding charges or unallocated receipts on a regular basis - Maintaining Thrive Fund donation records and providing timely receipts and letters. This includes alumni donations - Balancing daily receipting and ensuring accurate record keeping - Banking duties as required and to ensure segregation of duties. - Accurate processing and monitoring of Camps, Sports, Excursions Funds (CSEF), and communicating with families regarding available funding and general support - Implement strategies to ensure effective administration and financial procedures -
