Join Our Team as an Office Administrator!
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with experience in Xero and basic Excel? Signature Design & Fabrication is looking for an Office Administrator to join our small, close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday and is excited about the potential for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities: • Handling phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Managing invoicing and liaising with customers
• Tracking job costs and generating fortnightly & monthly reports
• General office administration tasks to keep things running smoothly
Requirements: • Experience with Xero and basic Excel spreadsheets is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
