About the company: Our client is a not for profit organisation established in 2015.
You'll be joining the Adelaide office and supporting the company's mission of developing technology across the medical industry.
The position: We are seeking an Admin and Events officer who enjoys working autonomously! Working closely with the company director, you will support with general admin duties and be involved in the organisation and coordination of corporate events and presentations.
No two days will be the same! Your duties will include: Handling incoming emails and calls on behalf of the director Managing the calendar and appointments for the entire Adelaide team Ordering office supplies and handling all deliveries Organising company documents and files and preparing presentations Liaising with vendors and clients regarding upcoming presentations and events Assisting with other administrative and project-based tasks as needed Daily MS Office use This position is suited to a candidate with previous office administration experience.
Exposure to the events industry is desired.
Excellent organisation and communication skills are a requirement of this position.
