At Sports and Spinal, your role as an Admin 2IC is to help and support the Office Manager, with a key focus on the seamless organisation and management in all administrative duties of the practice when the Office Manager is away, with the assistance of the Practice Leaders. You will work on the front desk alongside your reception team, to ensure all patient's expectations are exceeded.
 
We are looking for someone who: Can provide 2IC support to the office manager and admin team when needed,Enjoys a range of office and administration responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaningIs comfortable being the first point of contact for patients on the reception desk,Demonstrates exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills,Strives to always look at how to improve the way we do business,Has experience with Hi-caps and/or medical software (Gensolve preferred)Possesses reception/2IC experience (Medical/Allied Health preferred),Has flexibility to be rostered Monday through to Friday, to suit you!
