About the RoleAs a Rehabilitation Consultant with Generation Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our military personnel in their rehabilitation journey. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of our ADF members, helping them achieve specific health goals and return to service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans, ensuring that our ADF members receive the best possible care and support.Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that meet their unique requirements.RequirementsCurrent unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.Case Management experience.Experience with professional documentation and report writing.Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their goals.12 months of clinical/occupational rehabilitation experience is preferred.Australian citizenship is essential.What We OfferA supportive and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our ADF members.
