This organisation is the exclusive provider of Rehabilitation services to the ADF & also has a growing Workplace Health division.We are recruiting an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant in Katherine. Interest from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Nurses, Osteopaths, Psychologists, Social Workers & Rehabilitation Counsellors is welcome.The Job:On-base role working at the RAAF base Tindal, you will work closely with Defence members who have sustained an injury.Proactively manage your caseload - engage clients & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate a safe & timely return to deployable status.Perform discipline-specific assessments, attend case conferences.Gain a comprehensive understanding of RAAF including its structure, procedures & terminology to facilitate optimum outcomes for clients.Make a valuable contribution in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.Consistent & structured role with limited travel.Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4pm & Fri 7.30am-1.30pm.Exceptional Benefits:Opportunity to work exclusively with the ADF.Salary package of $80-100K + Super, in line with experience.Manageable workload with a focus on quality - no billable targets.Professional development - strongly encouraged by the organisation.Smartphone & laptop provided.Work with fantastic managers - locally & on a national basis.Internal progression & secondments with consistently expanding company.Early start & finish in an on-base role - no after-hours work required.Full-time role with half-day Fridays!Up to $5000 for candidates relocating for the role.The Perfect Candidate:Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor.Relevant professional body membership.1+ year Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, though applications from candidates with Clinical backgrounds & graduates are warmly welcome - great training!Interest in applying your skills in a specialist ADF Consultant role.Exceptional communication skills, verbal & written.A bright & motivated approach.Australian citizenship & willingness to complete security checks.Driver's licence & car.Interested?
