With the focus on recovery and function to get clients back to work and back to life whatever their age, stage or situation.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals; Applying your clinical knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan; Case management - Conducting assessments, implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.
Unlike most other Rehabilitation Consultant roles, KPI's are based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance – no overtime, no outside of work hours work.
Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and enjoy a half day on Fridays, finish up at 1:30pm.
You will be working on the ADF Base, Tindal.

What will make you successful: Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work  Strong clinical reasoning Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal Passion to help people rehabilitate 12 months occupational rehabilitation experience is highly desirable Australian Citizenship  Graduates with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply) Ready to join?
