About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Site Security Supervisor based in Netley to play an integral part in managing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced gatehouse site.
The security team at this location plays an essential role in the safety and security of the site. Being part of this Security team, the duties of the supervisor include overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the site, providing visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at the front line and managing a total workforce of 15 officers, managing adequate coverage, leading the training of new officers and any other requests from AG Management or the Client.
Responsibilities of the Role Overseeing the day-to-day security operationsManaging shift rosters, including core and ADHOC shiftsProviding leadership and operational support to security employeesManaging quality systems to ensure complianceService delivery quality assurance, including auditing and reporting requirementsOperate in a gatehouse environmentMonitor and operate CCTV cameras & associated equipmentLiaising and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, employees and members of the publicUse appropriate methods of communication (e.g., radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues.Use computer systems, including Email, Word and Excel as requiredCommunicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team MembersCompliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks, then responding proactivelyFollowing AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirementsAbout you
