This premium opportunity for a mid-level or mid to senior level lawyer will offer a broad range of front end transactional and advisory work.A challenging position reporting to a savvy GC, this role will see you actively involved in investments and deals of significance both locally and beyond.As part of a tier one in-house team, you will be interacting with others in the business on deals, significant transactions, including $100m+ investments, regulatory advice, contracts, and compliance.
You will be afforded relative autonomy and the chance to contribute both legally and commercially.As part of the business, you will work closely with senior managers, provide advice across a range of areas, and generally add value to the business.
