This Key Account Manager role is based at Head Office and will be the relevant contact for all stakeholders, maximizing sales opportunities, and meeting the company's growth objectives.

Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a newly created role as NAK Hair enters new channels. As a pillar role in the business, your responsibilities will be:
Act as the key contact to maintain strong business relationships with new and existing brands in the organization's portfolio. Drive outcomes for sales distribution through new channels and existing business partnerships in key accounts. Oversee large buying groups with efficiency and effective management. Manage trading terms, rebates, discounts, and financial components of each account. Maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Manage all communications between key accounts and internal NAK departments. Support new channels and act as the key contact for new brand initiatives. Drive discussions to establish a promotional activity calendar for each sales channel. Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders within NAK departments to achieve strategic objectives and brand initiatives. Represent the company at various state-based and national industry events. Profile
With impeccable and efficient account management being your number one focus, the successful candidate will represent:
4-5 years of demonstrated experience in account management, with exposure to the haircare, beauty, personal care, or retail sectors or related industry. Experience dealing with pharmacy buying groups would be a huge advantage. Understanding of markets, positioning, branding, and opportunities to promote products. Experience in understanding how best to spend promotional budgets. A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets. A strong competency around Excel and data analysis as provided by relevant stakeholders. Organizational aptitude, impeccable communication, and negotiation skills both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Netsuite would be an advantage). Job Offer
