Purpose of the role
This role will be located at North Ryde, and you will participate in warehouse operations. Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) exists to support people living with a disability to lead fulfilling, productive and independent lives by providing meaningful job opportunities, training and person-centred support. The Process Worker role involves assisting the Production Supervisors in managing the day-to-day operations of the factory floor, helping deliver our business services and providing assistance with training and support for our supported employees.

About you
The suitable applicant would have:
Knowledge and understanding of people who have a disability and/or barrier to employment.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Willingness to take part in training.
Willingness to participate and work in a workplace under supervision.
A forklift licence would be an advantage.
