The role
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Fitter / Boilermaker based at our Masonry Plant in Townsville.
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will be able to apply your technical expertise or other experience gained, working in a team environment and autonomously on plant maintenance.

Responsibilities
Ensure commitment to safety, quality, and the environment Mechanical fitting duties within a site-based environment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Focus on continuous improvement ideas Maintain accurate records of work performed Mould maintenance/Fabrication Ability to cover different positions within the plant if required What you will need to succeed
Proven experience in a mechanical role or similar A confident, self-motivated, energetic individual A team player with a high degree of trade flexibility or experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills Our business
